By creating an account or using Glass Slipper Run ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where this condition is not met.

Glass Slipper Run is a training tracker, not a medical or health service. All training plans, session suggestions, and pacing guidance are general information based on the Jeff Galloway run-walk method. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice.

If you have any health conditions, injuries, or concerns about your ability to exercise, consult a qualified medical professional before following any training programme.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or the app's systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the app

You retain ownership of content you submit (run notes, photos, comments). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display it to you and, where applicable, to other users you have chosen to share it with (such as followers).

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. All your data is removed; this cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details of what is deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. We will not be liable for any consequences of such termination.

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glass Slipper Run and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you encounter abusive, inappropriate, or unwanted content or behaviour — including offensive comments, unwanted contact, or harmful images — please report it by emailing [email protected] with a brief description.

You can also use the Report content or user link in the app under Settings → Legal.

We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.
